2. Shipping & Delivery

Carriers: We primarily ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other reputable carriers.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time: Domestic orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days; international delivery times vary by destination (7–20 business days).

Express Shipping: Overnight and priority services are available on most items. Please contact us for availability.

Signature Waiver: If you waive the “Signature Required” option, Hoyumeter is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Delays: We are not responsible for carrier delays or errors once the package has been shipped.
3. Receiving Your Order

Report any damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery.

Retain all original packaging materials until issues are resolved.

Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer unless instructed.
4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars.

Accepted payment methods: Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Wire Transfer.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.

International customers are responsible for any applicable tariffs, taxes, or import duties.
5. Return & Exchange Policy

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items: perishable goods, intimate or personal care items, hazardous materials, gift cards, and downloadable software.
