Overview
The HIOKI 3334 AC/DC Power HiTester is built for precision power measurement on single-phase, two-wire systems and DC loads. It handles modern appliance and power-supply waveforms—from half-wave rectified motors to full-wave rectified adapters and heaters with cycle control—without sacrificing accuracy. With wide input ranges up to 300 V and 30 A direct, DC to 5 kHz frequency coverage, and ±0.1% basic accuracy, the 3334 delivers dependable measurements for R&D, production, and compliance work. Its built-in RS-232C interface simplifies data logging and automation; the 3334-01 variant adds GP-IB for legacy system integration. An extended integration function supports cumulative mAh and mWh logging for up to 10,000 hours, ideal for long-term power consumption profiling and energy-efficiency evaluations. (Official status: discontinued; Hioki lists PW3335/PW3335-01 as replacements.)
